The Beginning

Hello, my name is elvis. Actually that’s not my real name, but for the purpose of this anonymous and revealing electronic memoir, you can call me elvis.

I do fairly well for myself in terms of work and have managed to stay on this incredible journey of good fortune that has brought me to Dubai. Currently single, and although not looking to settle down, I am ready to drop everything when Galatea comes to life. In the meantime, I manage a heavy work schedule along with a fairly single and promiscuous lifestyle. What else is a successful thirtysomething to do with his time?

During my time here, I’ve made friends in what you’d call high places and friends in very low places. I’ll be talking about some of them and little about others, nonetheless, I’m sure you will find some of what I write appalling and amusing.
